We recently had the pleasure of helping a local Atlanta auto shop take a big step forward in their technology game. It all started with relocating their fiber-optic network into a proper network cabinet, making sure all the cables were neatly organized and easy to manage. From there, we set up a brand-new phone system and installed a robust Wi-Fi access point to ensure they have strong, reliable connectivity throughout their entire shop.

But the upgrades didn’t stop there. We introduced a backup internet solution, so even if the primary connection ever goes down, they can continue processing transactions and assisting customers without a hitch. Plus, their new phone system comes with a mobile app, providing a redundancy layer so they can stay connected no matter what.

Imagine never missing a customer call, whether you’re at the shop or on the go. With integrated phone systems and mobile applications, your team can take calls from anywhere, ensuring that customer service remains consistent. This flexibility means that even during internet outages, your shop stays connected with clients, enhancing trust and reliability.

With their brand-new computers up and running, this shop is now set to work more efficiently than ever. They’ll be able to handle digital vehicle inspections, program cars, and serve their customers with ease, knowing they have a solid IT infrastructure supporting them.

Welcome to Tony’s Corner—my own version of the ‘Final Thought’

I’m genuinely excited to see this shop thrive with these changes. In fact, we use the same fiber network and phone system ourselves, and it’s fantastic. It’s not just about having a phone system; it’s about having one that’s configured perfectly for the business. I’ve seen firsthand how this setup improves workflow, and I can’t wait to see them benefit from it too.
